Hi there Jared,
Sam from Moz's Help Team here - thanks so much for reaching out to us!
Apple Maps are updated in the same way the other partner listings are updated - could you please pop an email over to [email protected] about this, along with the business name/phone number/address of the affected listing, so we can investigate this issue further for you and see if there's anything that may be holding up the update on Apple Maps?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey there!
Ah, it looks like you're a Udacity student. These subscriptions are slightly different from regular subscriptions - could you please pop a message over to [email protected] so we can organise your cancellation for you?
Thank you!
Hi there!
To cancel your Moz Pro subscription, you'll just need to log in and head here: https://cloudz.click/subscriptions
From that page, you can hit the "Cancel Moz Pro" option next to your current subscription. You’ll have access to your subscription for the most recent billing period, but after that your access will end and your card won’t be charged.
It’s not always easy to access the resources you need when you’re just starting out, but remember you can always use Mozbar, Open Site Explorer, and a few other tools for free, and keep an eye on Moz Academy and our blog for fresh & fancy SEO advice!:)
Hey there!
The 'Document Text' does refer to the text on the page - I'm afraid though it is possible that the On-Page Grader isn't counting keywords used on the page correctly. We have seen this before, and the team has made the decision that they're not going to be pursuing fixes for the On-Page Grader tool at this time. The same functionality is available through the Page Optimization section of your campaigns, and in the Page Optimization tool from the MozBar, and those tools are far more reliable than the On-Page Grader. We'd recommend using the these instead for all your Page Optimization needs going forward.
If you're still running into the same problem using the Page Optimization tool, please do pop a message over to [email protected] with an example of a keyword/URL combination, and we'll be more than happy to investigate.
