Redirect analysis tool

I'm looking for a tool like this:
http://www.internetofficer.com/seo-tool/redirect-check/
that can check hundreds/thousands of URLs and give me a report as to which ones have been redirected.
Does anyone know of something that can do this?
-
Hey John,
I presume you're more interested in external links that are pointing to URL's that are 302'd (temporary redirected) since they are basically missed opportunity along with those URL's that are broken.
Finding both are pretty easy to accomplish once you've run the SEOmoz crawl report. Once its done it should show up here. Download the report and open in excel.
When open, setup the following column filters based on section titles on row 6:
1. Filter to only show URL's that have external links pointing at them (column AO on my report)
2. Filter to only show 302 redirects (column S on my report)
3. Take note of resulting list which are those pages that have temp redirects AND which have external links pointing at them.
4. Now remove the 302 filter and apply filters for 4XX and 5XX "client errors" to find URL's that appear broken to the engines AND which have in-bound external links.
I hope that helps.
Cheers,
Stefan

I ran the test yesterday using the SEO Webcrawler Crawl Test. The URL.
The site I scanned was a site with three pages on the domain and several thousand external links. My goal is to find out if the external links are pointing at 301's or are broken.
How do I do this with this tool?
-
A crawl of a website will do this such as the crawl test tool from SEOmoz. This will crawl up to 3,000 pages and can be found under the research tools tab.
Alternatively you could use the Screaming Frog SEO Spider which will crawl 500 urls for free or for £99 a year, the 500 url limit is removed.
Both crawl reports will give you detailed info about redirects.
Adam.

SEO impact of redirecting high ranking mirror site to the main website
During SEO audit for a client I noticed that they had over a dozen duplicate websites that are carbon copies of the main website. This was done via CMS platform and DNS. One of the mirror sites has about 400 indexed pages and has Moz DA of 42 and 137k External Equity-Passing Links. Full metrics comparison is attached. I originally planned on doing rel="canonical" on the mirror site but the CMS vendor never even heard of it and is refusing to implement it in the header. My only other option is doing one to one 301 redirects. Since the mirror site ranks well, even competes with main domain for some positions on the 1st page of SERP, what will be the impact after the redirects? Is doing 301's still the best option? Thanks! A tool to tell a websites estimated traffic
I am new to Moz (as a member), so I am not sure if Moz has a tool that I need. I don't want this post to be about self promotion, so I will keep it short. Our business helps increase conversions and sales for online businesses. Our ideal prospects belongs to some key categories of businesses like ecommerce, saas etc. However, I would like to know the estimated volume of traffic for a website before approaching them and introducing our service. So if there was a tool I could use to estimate the volume of visitors a specific website receives on average a day or month, it would be hugely beneficial.Obviously, these are prospective clients, so we do not have access to their system or their analytics. I just want to get an estimate. So for example, if I entered the domain abc.com into the system, I would hope it could tell me, that abc.com gets an average of 900 unique visitors a day. I don't need too much detail like geographic locations etc, but it would be a bonus having that additional information. I also don't mind paying for a tool that's quality. So it doesn't have to be free.

Redirected pages still sending response code 200
SEO Moz tool reports missing title tags on all the links that have been redirected. E.g. this page: http://www.imoney.my/ms/personal-loan When I check the response code on the page with redirect checker it shows code 200 (page exists). Has it happened to anyone else? How can a redirected page send a 200 code?

HTC access 301 redirect rules regarding pagination and striped category base (wp)
I am an admin of a wordpress.org blog and I used to use "Yoast All in one SEO" plugin. While I was using this plugin it stripped the category base from my blog post URL's. With yoast all in one seo: Site.com/topic/subtpoic/page/#
Moz Pro | | notgwenevere
Without yoast all in one seo: Site.com/category/topic/subtopic/page/# Now, that I have switched to another plugin, I am trying to manage the page crawl errors which are tremendous somewhere around 1800, mostly due to pagination. Rather than redirecting each URL individually I would like to develop HTC access 301 redirects rules. However all instructions on how to create these HTC access 301 redirect rules are regarding the suffix rather than the category base. So my question is, can HTC access 301 redirects rules work to fix this problem? Including pagination? And if so, what would this particular HTC access 301 redirect look like? Especially regarding pagination? And do I really have to write a 301 redirect for each pagination page?0 -
What analysis exists for Out Bound Links (OBL) from your site
Hi Maybe I am missing this but I can''t seem to see it. I am doing some analysis on a client's site and want to get a csv list of links from the client's site to external sites. So what I am looking for is a list of Out Bound Links (OBL) from the client's site. I want to run these past a black list / bad link neighborhood checking script I have. This would actually be a nice feature in SEO Moz Pro, unless it actually already does and I am just missing it or not setting filters correctly. Thanks Trevor

Is there a tool to upload multiple URLs and gather statistics and page rank?
I was wondering if there is a tool out there where you can compile a list of URL resources, upload them in a CSV and run a report to gather and index each individual page. Does anyone know of a tool that can do this or do we need to create one?
